Our use of that information is subject to the instructions of the client, the Data Protection Act 1998 and our duty of confidentiality. Please note that our work may require us to give information to third parties such as expert witnesses and other professional advisers. Jesse Stellato, individually, provides non-legal drafting and editing services under the trade name Bartleby. Bartleby is not regulated by the SRA or any other approved regulator.
