Hi, I'm Jesse Stellato.

I give entrepreneurs the legal advice they need before signing on the dotted line. I'm not like most lawyers. I no longer work for a global, legal behemoth. I prefer not to bill by the hour. Instead, I focus on the things I love: helping my clients understand the law so they can make big, bold decisions without getting into trouble. Having started my career working in chambers and litigating in court, I can spot legal risks before they grow and tell you what you need to put in your contract to win.

I have represented entities at all stages of the business life-cycle, from plucky startups to exciting growth companies to public companies facing insolvency. I have also represented a variety of individuals, including founders, shareholders, directors, investors, borrowers and others. Many of my clients operate in the technology, real estate, retail and finance industries. Geographically, they are located in the United Kingdom and the United States.
